2020 Mayoral Forum

Moderated by Devon Nekoba of 94.7KUMU, Honolulu mayoral candidates Keith Amemiya and Rick Blangiardi had the opportunity to answer five questions chosen by HFBF and HAF through anonymous submission from members and stakeholders of each organization. Each mayoral candidate offered insight on actions they will take in their administration to diversify our local economy with agriculture, how to create more demand for local products, agricultural land-use and zoning policies, pesticides and biotechnology, and how they will reduce ag crime in our rural communities.
