Ingredient
- 8 large Tomatoes – seeded and ¼” dice
- 1 large size Maui Onions – ¼” dice
- 8 oz. Green onions – ¼” straight cut including white part
- 2 tbsp Hawaiian Salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold it together until everything is incorporated, do not mash to ensure that the vegetables hold their forms.
- Store in plastic container, label and refrigerate for future use
- Note: Do not store in aluminum container
