Ingredient

  • 8 large Tomatoes – seeded and ¼” dice
  • 1 large size Maui Onions – ¼” dice
  • 8 oz. Green onions – ¼” straight cut including white part 
  • 2 tbsp Hawaiian Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold it together until everything is incorporated, do not mash to ensure that the vegetables hold their forms.
  2. Store in plastic container, label and refrigerate for future use
  3. Note: Do not store in aluminum container
